Wanted to remove transcript and written agreement for privacy concerns. I left the original question in tact.

I signed a weekly rental agreement in Pennsylvania to live in someone's home. I ended up not staying and I text messaged the landlord that I left and no longer wished to stay. The landlord says he will be retaining my security deposit because I didn't give him proper notice. Am I at fault? What should I do?

Here is a copy of the rental agreement we both signed, and a transcript of our text message communications with time stamps. I redacted both parties for privacy reasons.

Something else to add...I ended up paying for an extra day for Saturday 7/28/18. This was not included in the agreement but the move-in date was.
