Along the same lines company could add cameras on the toilets and that would be legal. I don't think so. In an employers - employee contract it is required limited mutual trust. Meaning that some reasonable and justifiable monitoring is acceptable. But an unilateral, omnipresent big brother is not. (by the way, I'm not the downvoter) | |
