Why's Why is it just "lazy and non-falsifiable" thinking to believe judicial review is just politics or values in a different guise?

Nobody but this poster uses "JR" as an abbeviation for "judicial review" so I replaced this idiosyncratic abbreviation to make the title more useful to readers
