Aug 26, 2020 at 4:42 comment added Greendrake If Bob sues Rob for his bull damaging Bob's car, solar panels or whatever, Rob's lawyer will ask "what did you do to mitigate the damages?". If pushing the bull out on the street was legal, that would be perfect mitigation.
