Nov 25, 2020 at 2:34 comment added bdb484 The biggest problem is with your final conclusion: "If the stop was lawful, so was the frisk." That is not true. For just one of literally thousands of examples of cases where the stop is lawful but the frisk is not, see Thomas v. Dillard, 818 F.3d 864 (9th Cir. 2016).
