Feb 9, 2021 at 14:13 comment added grovkin @Trish is that relevant? I believe debtor prisons have been outlawed. You can be imprisoned for failing to pay money to the state if you owe it and you have it. But you can't be imprisoned for failing to pay it because you are unable to pay.
