I'm not asking about what to do if someone doesn't accept my T&Cs. Plus in the case I have in mind it's impossible to use the service without accepting T&Cs. I'm asking whether it is legal that some users have to agree to a new T&Cs version while others are still bound to the old version. I will happily remove the downvote if you change your answer along these lines. Thanks! | |
