In other words, if a man SAYS he did not wish to have children, then the sperm was obviously obtained criminally if children resulted outside of consensual intercourse. If women must be believed, then equality demands that men must be believed as well. I’ve woken up with someone on top of me with no protection twice and a condom (that she provided) breaking once. Luckily, no children resulted from any of these instances, but it’s not difficult to imagine different outcomes for other guys. | |

Since this happened in the US, the father then proceed to sue the mother for various causes of action, most of which were dismissed on the grounds that the... material was a "gift." However, he did prevail on the intentional infliction of emotional distress claim. | |
