I was asked to write a ad-hoc piece of software. I use SCRUM methodology. Basically, I would like to get paid for the initial definition of user stories, and then at the end of each sprint (when the customer signs off the completed user stories).

Is there a template of such a contract somewhere? (U.S. law) Surely, it would be a very popular style of contract amongst agile software developers?

Specifically, the "Money For Nothing, Change For Free" would be ideal.
