I've just made a payment to RyanAir and I've not been able to get an official receipt / invoice - they claim the 'email confirmation' is sufficient.

I need to claim this payment as an expense to another company who have asked for a receipt/invoice.

What are my options here? Aren't businesses that operate in the UK required by law to provide this?
