I'm building an app which provides an avenue for users to store information on people particularly addresses and country of origin. The app will be an online service where all data are stored in our databases.

Just for a scenario, say a priest who runs a church uses the app to store potential church attendees. Some of these addresses were stored without consent. Things get worst, the priest was caught doing stuff on young boys. it was found that the app facilitated his activity.

Will me as the app provider be liable in any way for his abuse?
