I'm working on an app/website and I want to add functionality, which would allow current users create profiles for their friends and possibly connect these pages with the persons social network accounts or e-mails. These profiles won't be public until "invited" user would sign in and finish registration process.

Simple invitations (like in LinkedIn and other SNs) won't really work, because I would like to allow current users to interact with users that they have added.

Interaction is planned to be one-way: user A creates profile for user B, after that creates content that will be private and can only be accessed by user A. Currently it's planned that user B won't be able to see that content either.

Can I legally implement that?

If I can do that, should I notify end-user about profile creation?
