Given how advanced AI has become, I was wondering about the legalities of stuff that it is being used for.

I came across https://www.rosebud.ai/ a few days ago. To summarize, it is a service where they use deep learning to create artificial faces ("models") for their clients, who then use them for advertisements, et cetera.

My question is, what happens if one of the AI-generated faces looks like a real person? Can that person claim their... well, face? Can they sue the company/organization or demand compensation?

Further, the data that they use to train the deep learning model, i.e. the photographs they use to create a new face, ideally, do they need to take permission from those people in the photographs?
