I wish to distribute a document under a Creative Commons BY-NC-SA license. I have written most of this document myself, with the exception of sections which are formed of examples of code (written by others) which are licensed under various open source licenses - GPL, MIT, BSD, Apache, maybe more.

Can I just state something like “This document is licensed under {cc license link}, with the exception of sections that include other licensing statements”?

I am aware that permissive and copyleft licenses are incompatible when building software, but I’m unsure of the situation when merely distributing their source code in a bundle.

I will be including such code in its entirety, not just quoting it, so I’m unsure if the concept of fair use applies.
