Specifically, would companies with registered offices in Jersey count as being incorporated in the European Economic Area?

4As I understand it, the EEA is defined as the EU plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway, so this boils down to whether Jersey is a member of the EU. The short answer seems to be that it wasn't before Brexit and isn't now. There's a long article here – Nate Eldredge Aug 27 '20 at 4:36
