Does the Maryland Board of Physicians and DC Board of Physicians have any regulations or rules indicating what to do when a board-certified physician with an active license to practice in Washington, D.C. and Maryland is charged with a DUI ?

From my preliminary research, it looks like the answer is no. But I am neither a lawyer nor a physician, so it is not clear to me.

Would appreciate if a lawyer or physician who knows law could point me to a specific title / statute indicating what these two boards (MD and DC) require of a board-certified physician with an active license when they are charged with a DUI. It is possible there is no answer, but I just want someone credible to concur.
