I’ve been trying, and struggling, to get in contact with Big Fish Games regarding one of their games. I have gotten one reply from a real person, telling me that the game is only playable on Windows 7 or older, and I got a free game, which is all fine and dandy. But the game is still on the site, purchasable for anyone, with no disclaimers letting customers know about the tech limitation. I’ve been trying to get in contact again since the beginning of the month, to ask if they have plans to update the game to make it playable or remove it from the store or add a disclaimer, and I have not heard anything back. I’ve sent multiple emails, called the company (got a voicemail), tweeted at them. This seems like it should be illegal, but is it?

GoG does have in its ToS that they never guarantee it works on modern systems. – Trish Sep 26 '20 at 19:25
