This is an extension to my previous question here: Which country's jurisdiction applies on YouTube channels? My question is if someone blocks a video in regions (countries or states) where someone does not want to display it, the person or intermediary they are using (in this case youtube) will have to process data of the people from the blocked country to stop them. Does this amount to "doing business there"?
