Is it legal to use Youtube videos AND their respective number of up-votes, down-votes, as well as user comments on your own site, given that you attribute ownership to youtube and the original content owners? Videos can be embedded, which is fair as far as I understand, and will retain the in-video ads if applicable, but I'm not sure about the voting statistics and comments. They would probably need to be copied directly, instead of the typical embedding as is done with the videos. However, at no time will the site claim to be the creator of said content.

As a second part to this question, does it matter if the website makes money from traffic or other means while still attributing credit to the proper source?
