The residential tenancy act only allows one inspection per year for a property that is being rented out. With covid remote inspections where the tenant shares photos of the property with the real-estate agency have become more common.
If they do a "Remote" inspection does that prevent another routine inspection being requested for the next 12 months?
I checked the tenants union website but did not find an answer
