What are some good cases where the consumer failed to consider the terms of sales of goods acts, particularly the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982? I'm looking in particular for examples where goods were found to match the description, be fit for the purpose, be of merchantable quality etc., and any exceptions that excused any of these terms not being met
