I just found out my ex common law partner registered a car under my name without my permission in Alberta. I found out as I received a speeding ticket ($198 fine) in the mail with a picture of her vehicle and her license plate number but the letter says it's registered to me. What should I do? And what happens to her if I press charges?

    read the letter carefully, often they contain information how to report that you were not the driver but who is the driver.
