BerkeyFilters.com has received a so called stop sale order from the USA EPA related to their claims of their product’s ability to remove microorganisms from the filtered water. What is the extent or scope of this measure? Does it apply to distribution to other retailers who can market and sell it to consumers themselves however they would like? Does it also effect the company’s ability to export or retail the product to consumers in other countries?
