I recently bought a fiberglass pool. I noticed the other day that the pool they are installing doesn’t look like the pool I was looking at in their book that shows all there different pool types.
On the same page where the pool I wanted was there were about 3 other pools, but 2 of them you couldn’t see the inside and the other one you can see the inside but you have to look really really close but it is the same pool.
Now the difference is the one I wanted had a sitting area that went around the deep end of the pool. The one they're installing has the sitting area more on the side and goes maybe half way around. It isn’t as big as the picture I was looking at but if you look really really closely you do see the pool that they are installing.
When we were discussing the different pools my daughter and son in law was telling him they wanted the one with the sitting area which goes all around the deep end and they wanted to add a grotto in the back area and that pool was perfect for it.
The one they're installing we couldn’t add a grotto because there wouldn’t be enough room.
Also I payed extra for them to run a line so when we got the grotto we could just hook it up and would have the water run over the top of the grotto, which we can’t do now.
Is there anything I can do to resolve this problem? Do they owe me the other pool or I’m I just out of luck?
