I have very little knowledge about the Norwegian laws and the cryptography parts of it.

Lets say the police have ceased my computer and all my hard-drives (And all of my hard-drives are encrypted with BitLocker) because they suspect I have pirated software on there. Can they ask and force me to provide a decryption key? And if I completely deny to provide said key: What are the consequences?
