Let say you live in a region that is banned from buying any type of legal media like songs or movies or video games and etc. So you love those but you cannot purchase any of them in any legal way from the source, And you have to download it for a price or free(illegal) or buying them from local black markets(copied or downloaded illegally in cheaper or higher price). Is it acceptable to talk about those or ask questions or supporting them in forums or in other regions(not banned)? Or it is illegal in anyway?
