Perhaps it depends where in the media you go looking for news on this:

I've *read* that more than two dozen lawsuits have been thrown out by the courts. [Here, I'm confirming that they are 'wasting courts' time]

And I have also *heard* on the BBC, that one prominent republican has called Trumps law team, 'a national embarrassment.' [That even if the courts aren't calling this an embarrassment, other people are prepared to do so. And this confirms the OP's assessment].

@Peter: it's not just someone who called the Trumps legal team an embarrassment but s prominent Republican senator. And if that is what he thinks, I'm sure you can imagine what the courts think.
