Greeting,

My name is Hendry but people best know me as Crestial in this literary world. I'm a beginner in the world of writing, therefor, the range of my grammars and vocabulary skill are rather limited.

The main reason why I'm intending to join this community is to path my way to become a better writer. You see, English isn't my first language. As a Chinese Malaysian you're required to speak Chinese and Malay as a tool to communicated with the local. With two languages in my arsenal(minus the other varieties of Chinese such as Hokkien and Cantonese) really makes my learning experience for a new language a difficult challenge.

I didn't start learning English after I was 20 years old. Perhaps a little late for that but I'm still going to learn it just to achieve my dream to become an author. And yes, it is possible to learn a new language after the age of 20, you just got to have the passion for it.

Why do I find writing interesting? Well, it all started from my passion for reading, albeit, back then I virtually understood a little about English so I do recognised certain words and can eventually grasp a little bit details then combine them with my imagination. It humours me when I reread the Novel that I'd read before, all of the scenes, plots, story(you name it) are different than what I initially thought it was.

Moral of the story is, use you imagination to find your passion and start a career out of it.
