Up until Jan. 17th, 2014 I was a happily married full time Mommy of 5, I cared for my children, my 3 nieces & nephews, my 2 God-Children, My sick parents and provided a stable, happy, loving and healthy home for all 10 of my loves, We ended up losing our home leaving my husband, myself and our children homeless while everyone else that lived in my home sought shelter with relatives. My kids God Mom let us stay with her briefly which led to us losing our children to CPS, We have been fighting them over a year now and we are getting screwed, They have piled lies on top of lies and the courts have done no investigating into these accusations instead they side with DHHS, I'm so tired and heart broken we have missed 2 birthdays and holidays with our children, My daughters just turned 7yrs old & 3yrs old, my boys were shipped to Merced Ca. 2wks after being taken their ages are 9yrs old and 11yrs old. I'm seeking any legal advice, Information, Tips anything related to Family Law and filing against the superior court through a higher circuit, Supreme courts. No retainer therefore we have no lawyers, Any info or advice is helpful and greatly appreciated.
