If it were a photograph of a larger scene where the graffiti just happened to be visible in part of it, there would be a good question, but here the entire composition is based on the graffiti. If you didn't care about having it there to make the photo stand out, the same subject could have been photographed in a studio or anywhere else with nothing specific to the location lost. | |
