If they still require women to take their time(which is busy with other important thing already), then it would be only appearance of being women friendly. If they, however, do provide this during working hours, it's great! | |

If that free coding course was required for a promotion, that would be clearly discriminatory. And if you are male and feel you need a coding course, you would contact HR and see if their reply is discriminating. | |
