Jun 25, 2015 at 14:57 comment added Chad Those fees are not exuberant(or exorbitant) If the fees were in the thousands that would be crazy, but the landlord has costs associated with reassignment of leases, it is not terribly unreasonable that if you want to break a contract with the landlord that you cover some of the costs associated with that.
